I have been an advocate of cooking from scratch for a very long time and have found the quickest, most efficient way to provide nutritious meals for my family is by using the European-made Thermomix. I loved my ‘Thermie’ so much that I accidentally became a consultant in 2014! I really enjoy introducing people to this smarter, healthier way of cooking and run demonstrations and healthy cooking classes.

Like many mums, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I often say to people that I love cooking from scratch but I prefer a robot to do all the hard work! Seeing so many benefits and time savings, I love how a Thermomix can get back so much time which is perfect for busy families.

I’m also a great fan of low carb, high (healthy) fat diets (LCHF / Banting) and love guiding people through the transition to this way of eating. I also have vast experience with dairy free, gluten free, fructose free, sugar free, vegetarian, vegan and paleo diets, along with safely adapting menus for those with food allergies and sensitivities.
